The space is a 800 sf event space that is perfect for Birthday Celebrations, Graduation Dinners, Brunches, Paint Nights Workshops, Networking Events, Pop-up Shops, Book Signings, Fundraising Events, and more! The space includes a Grass Wall, free WiFi a kitchenette and optional Bluetooth Speakers.

NOTE: With this Hourly Booking Reservation, please be sure to select the expected  window for your event start and end time. One hour of courtesy setup and cleanup time is included with the cost of the Hourly Booking Reservation (for example, a 3 hour reservation running from 2pm to 5pm allows for five hours of space access from 1pm to 6pm).

Additional Services & Items Available with Each Reservation:

Folding Chairs (Free): 20 White Folding Chairs are included as a courtesy for guests that permit The Gathering Space to use images from their event in company marketing. Note: An Image of this item is in the product gallery.

360 Degree Photo Machine: The 360 Degree Photo/Video Booth is a Motorized Platform that Holds 3 to 5 people. After the event, all media captured is emailed to the Guest at no additional cost. Note: An Image of this item is in the product gallery.

 

Bar/Snack/Host Table: The Bar is a high table (approximately 18″ x 48″ x 38″) that can be used for serving drinks, snacks, setting up a DJ booth or showcasing gifts. Note: An Image of this item is in the product gallery.

LED Happy Birthday Sign: Remote Control LED Light with multiple color options and settings to match your birthday theme colors. Note: An Image of this item is in the product gallery.

Post-Event Cleanup: Guests are expected to leave the Gathering Space in clean condition after each event. Floors should be swept, spills should be wiped up or mopped, all trash should be removed from the space and placed in the garbage can outside, and recyclables should be place in the recycling bin outside. All rented furniture should be removed from the space prior to the booked time. If you have your post-event cleanup, we welcome you to book post-event cleanup with our preferred cleaning vendor.

Event Insurance: Guests booking The Gathering Space are required to obtain event insurance for all events booked.  Event insurance can be purchased through Gather or directly with your preferred insurance provider. Unless insurance is purchased, all Guests who book the Gathering Space assume any and all liability for any losses that occur during the event. Guests agree to indemnify the Gathering Space against any losses or liability that occur during the event and assume the risks associated with hosting an event.
Decorating Service: The Gathering Space is delivered to you as a clean pallet to allow your imagination and decorating skills to run wild. If you will need assistance with decoration and design, we welcome you to book Decorating Service with our preferred decorating vendor. Upon booking the vendor will reach out to you to coordinate logistics such as design aesthetic, event plans, color scheme and theme preferences, and decor budget.
