About the Space

The Gathering Space is a 900 sf event space that is perfect for Birthday Celebrations, Graduation Dinners, Brunches, Paint Nights Workshops, Networking Events, Pop-up Shops, Book Signings, Fundraising Events, and more! The space includes a Grass Wall, free WiFi, a lounge area with a sitting bench, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster, and sink.

Note, the space has sliding curtains in the middle of the space that can be kept open or closed to divide the space. For additional privacy, the windows and doors can be covered with provided grey-colored ceiling-to-floor blackout curtains.

The Gathering Space also includes one unisex bathroom and a hallway area with a portable coat rack.

At the time of booking, the Gathering Space is delivered as a blank canvas for your decorations and personalization, and all furniture is removed except for the kitchenette. 

 

Parking Options

Gather's Health and Safety Measures

At Gather, we place a high priority on safety and cleanliness seriously. Prior to each event, we take the following health and safety measures:
  • All surface areas are sanitized before and after each event.
  • Floors are swept, then mopped, and steamed before and after each event.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining in trash cans.
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected.
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed.
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings.
  • Gathering Space bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

We can accommodate 75 people seated with tables, and up to 125 people for events without seating in the Gathering Space.

Yes, select from your own vendor or ask about our preferred vendors. We can provide caterers, photographers, and event planners. 

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

You can book the space for events running from 8:30AM to 11:59PM. A complimentary 60 minute window is provided for use before and after hourly booked events in order to allow for setup and breakdown.
